4 Arrested for Helping Kentucky Officer's Accused Killer

Multiple people are charged with hindering prosecution in connection with Pikeville officer Scotty Hamilton's murder case.

Kentucky State Police say Michael and Greg Slone are both charged with hindering prosecution. Greg Slone is also charged with promoting contraband.

According to their arrest citations, police say Amanda Dotson, and Jeanne Blackburn helped transport and hide John Russell Hall from police following Officer Hamilton's shooting.

Police said John Russell Hall contacted Amanda Dotson and Michael Slone and asked for transportation to a different location. Police said Dotson provided the vehicle and she and Michael Slone picked up and drove John Russell Hall to Greg Slone's house.

John Hall is charged with murdering Hamilton Tuesday night. He pleaded not guilty and is being held in the Pike County Detention Center on no bond, WKYT reports.
