Marine Corps Commandant Looks to Improve Readiness

The defense budget will allow the Marine Corps to accelerate its modernization efforts in aviation and increase the number of Marines in the cyber and information warfare sectors, Marine Corps Commandant Gen. Robert B. Neller said.
