U.S. Faces Global Science, Technology Competition, Official Says

The United States is in an era of constant science and technology competition from countries such as Russia and China, and Defense Department scientists and engineers are embracing the challenges posed by this environment, a senior Pentagon official told a House Armed Services subcommittee.
