Service Members Seeing First Fruits of Army Acquisition Changes
Changes in the Army acquisition process mean new technology will get to the field faster, including enhanced binocular night-vision goggles, said Army Undersecretary Ryan D. McCarthy, who visited Fort Belvoir, Va., to see projects in development.
