Military Spouse of the Year Lauded for Devotion to Gold Star Families
Her soldier husband was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2013, but she later remarried a Green Beret, and now she's been honored as the Armed Forces Insurance Military Spouse of the Year, at the USO of Metropolitan Washington-Baltimore Annual Awards Gala.
