Stephanie Roy’s femur was shattered by a bullet while on duty as a police officer. Doctors told her she may never walk again. Stephanie took that diagnosis as a challenge and began training to be the best she could be. In 2018 she earned the title as Fittest Female Officer in the Crossfit Games Service Open and heads to Albany, NY for the CrossFit Regionals to challenge herself again. Always Be Ready.
