Face of Defense: Guard Soldier Uses Medical Skills to Save Boy’s Life

A New York Army National Guard soldier saw a "flash of red" going over a guardrail on her way home from the Yonkers armory. She knew something was wrong and sprung into action providing emergency medical first aid.
