Mattis Says Taliban Under Increasing Pressure to Reconcile

The president’s South Asia Strategy is working in Afghanistan and pressure is increasing on the Taliban to enter reconciliation discussions, Defense Secretary James N. Mattis told reporters at the Pentagon.
