NATO Using New Mission Set to Address Southern Flank

NATO has started a new mission to help encourage peace, stability and security in the Middle East, North Africa and the Sahel, the commander of NATO’s Allied Joint Force Command Naples said.
Navy Adm. James Foggo, the commander of NATO’s Allied Joint Force Command, visits the Iraqi Bomb Disposal School at the Besimayah Range Complex, Iraq.
