Shooting at Florida Video Game Contest Leaves 3 Dead

A gunman opened fire on the Madden NFL Championship Series contest in Jacksonville on Saturday, leaving two victims as well as the assailant dead. According to reports, three other people were wounded and are being treated at a nearby hospital.

A 24-year-old man named David Katz has been identified as the suspected gunman who opened fire during the event at the Chicago Pizza restaurant and bar in The Jacksonville Landing.

One witness told Fox News that the gunman had lost an intense game and "started shooting up the room."

Police, however, have not confirmed any specific motive in the case. An investigation is ongoing.
