Face of Defense: Army Brothers Bring Civilian Expertise to Mideast Deployment

Kentucky Army National Guardsmen Capt. William Parker and his brother, Staff Sgt. Bryan Parker, are employing their engineering expertise as contract supervisors assigned to Area Support Group-Kuwait Directorate of Public Works, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
