Face of Defense: Guard Soldier’s Experiences Put Her Ahead of Civilian Peers

A sergeant with the Idaho Army National Guard is in Thailand, supporting an infantry company, and is flying over the countryside in a Black Hawk helicopter. She also ate every bug a vendor was selling near the training site just to try something new.
