Scotswoman Gillian Donald who is currently sailing around the world in the Clipper Race. Accountant Gillian, who is 50 years old and lives in Edinburgh, has swapped crunching numbers for undertaking a full circumnavigation of the globe as part of the Imagine Your Korea team. She spent Christmas and New Year at sea and this weekend she celebrated Burns Night at sea too and made some traditional Scottish shortbread for her and her crew-mates.
