Baltimore police have identified the suspect and officers involved in a gunfight that left an officer wounded and a suspect dead on Sunday evening.
The suspect was identified as 29-year-old Nathaniel Sassafras, according to CBS News.
The officers who shot Sassafras were Phillip Lippe, a three-year member of the agency and Steven Foster, a five-year member of the agency. Officer Lippe sustained gunshot wounds but was released from the hospital Monday.
Both officers were wearing body cameras, but the agency has not yet released the footage of the incident.
